🚨New Pod Alert 🚨
Lindsey Sandoval and I met at a local networking event. Her and Stephanie Gates were talking about having a lunch when I was invited to join them at Fresh Chef in Conover. How out of place was I? Well, at one point in the lunch Lindsey looks over at me and says “I think we lost Chris, his eyes have glazed over.” She was right. I didn’t need to hear anymore about what they were talking about.
I checked out. I knew if I ever have a question about mortgages in NC or real estate - I, I didn’t need to learn anymore because they got this.
This Traveling Show with Lindsey Sandoval was in her 6514 Highwood PI, Charlotte NC Property’s living room. We talk about her expertise in real estate, generational wealth, land flipping - not grading Chris, and the process of squirrel relocation.

Catawba Valley Pottery and Antiques Festival <~~~~ LINK

This event begins Friday night with a cocktail party for Premier passes. The festival itself begins Saturday morning 9am to 5pm at the Hickory Metro Convention Center.
The goal of the CVPAF is to bring together traditional potters and dealers to create a quality show that will celebrate our region's pottery heritage, one of North Carolina's most treasured cultural resources. The mission of the CVPAF is to foster an educational event where the public may learn about traditional North Carolina pottery, within the wider context of Southern pottery, and to provide an opportunity to purchase, collect, and study this unique cultural resource through contact with working potters and knowledgeable pottery dealers

The Green Manalishi (with the two prong crown) by Fleetwood Mac w/Billy Gibbons and Kirk Hammett - This song, this exact version, is going to have it’s own feature in this newsletter one day. An amazing guitar player plays a dead guy’s guitar from 60s. Chills.
Sunglasses at Night by Corey Hart - I was trying to find my voice for how I wanted to advertise the Hickory Algorithm. The colors of the logo I love but what about my own marketing? What does that look like? What does that feel like? What does my advertising look like? Something like this song.🕶️
